By creating an account on AIBuilt, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English because legalese helps no one.
AIBuilt is a platform that builds and hosts websites for you using AI. You describe what you want; we generate, host, and serve the resulting site on infrastructure we operate.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your login. We'll never ask for your password. If you suspect compromise, reset it immediately and contact us.
Don't use AIBuilt to build sites that: violate any law, infringe copyright, distribute malware, host adult content, run gambling operations, send spam, or impersonate real people or brands without authorization. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime in your account settings — you'll keep access until the end of the billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months. Payment failures lead to service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
Each tier includes a monthly allowance of AI edits. Hitting your limit lets you keep your site live but pauses new AI changes until you upgrade or buy a top-up. Limits reset on your billing date.
You own everything you create on AIBuilt — copy, configurations, custom code. If you cancel, we'll provide an export of your site as static HTML/CSS files within 14 days of request.
AIBuilt is provided “as is.” We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. We're not responsible for indirect damages.
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we'll email you 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
